To improve port function, logistic activity usage and providing this region in port hinterlands is very important. To provide this center and increase facilities from added value service, there can be a competition for his fact. Logistic parks which are placed in port hinterlands play an important role as a link to attract local and global centers with added value to support port economic development. On this paper, consideration has been taken on effectiveness zones of port logistic center and quantitative function for logistic center on each zone. This process is based on two scenarios: existence and not existence of logistic center in a port. This center has an obvious influence on the circumference, traffic and port service, and can make infrastructures to improve the service. Because of new distribution and public economy, influence of this system on transportation division can be sensible. The function of this center on economic logistic zone can be predicted and evaluated by direct and indirect influence, cost consideration and profits on service level. To provide enough potential to improve traffic level and facility development, logistic center can be a good reason. The system efficiency in road traffic decrease and local transportation and cost decrease in order to invert logistic is emphasized. This paper shows that existence of logistic center can increase port efficiency and income and decrease transportation chain costs.
